I enjoy selling Real estate. From experiencing an older home through the stories of the seller that has spent their life in a home to hearing and seeing a dream come to life with someone building their dream home, each sale and purchase is important to me. Mansions to mobile homes, there is something positive to be said for everyone. I've been selling real estate since 2007. My experience is wide ranging from first time buyers, short sale buyers and sellers, relocation companies for buyers and sellers, couples entering retirement, buying second homes, clients buying foreclosures and investment properties, and unimproved land for hunting and building their dream homes. Before I became a realtor, I worked for an attorney handling estate planning, foreclosures and settlements for real estate. I learned a lot in this role that has added to my ability to guide my clients through real estate transactions. My life experiences and love of Christ has taught me to appreciate everyone and what they have to offer; to listen and learn from a different perspective; and to provide the service to my clients, co-workers, and everyone involved with the same service I expect to receive. Even challenging transactions can be worked through with good communication, persistence and a positive attitude-sometimes we just have to be reminded of that. My goal is to be the honest, hardworking professional my clients deserve and expect, to provide respect to everyone involved from the seller to the buyer or the lender to the landscaper. Outside of real estate, I spend most of my time with my family and being involved in church activities. My favorite to do...vacationing with my sweetheart of soon to be 33 years. My husband and I complement each other so well. I am an organizer, planner and can visualize projects. Jody is my idea man and is great at trying to make my visions a reality. I have two amazing adult children that are married to some special people and at this time we have 2 adorable, loveable grandsons. We like to stay busy so as I have been selling real estate, my husband and I also ran a business in Fort Ashby, WV. I've had the pleasure of being a positive role model for over 100 employees over the 12 years we owned the business until we recently closed in December 2023.
