Working with Erin Davis was a good experience. She took the initiative to contact us about listing our property. She continued to show that initiative throughout the process. She was patient & always took the time to explain things that we as first time sellers did not fully understand just yet. We’ve worked with Erin twice and both times she has gone above and beyond! Our property search was very complicated because of our requirements for specific zoning allowances, what we were looking for in location and a view, and the fact that most lots that met those requirements aren’t navigable when you are towing a large RV. Erin was incredibly patient with us, researching properties, sending us information, and responding to questions at all hours – and helping us to find our perfect property. We had Craig See of Pioneer realty list our property this year because we had it sold for sale by owner and then Covid hit and we lost our buyer. Time was of the essence and we went out on a limb and called Craig even though we never met. Within two months we had a buyer for our listing and we never had to even show up for the closing since we were from out of town. Craig handled our listing with a “beautiful” photo op using a drone to cover all the acres. A problem arose right before settlement with us and Craig handled that professionally as well. I feel that Craig See is by far the best realtor that I have ever had the opportunity and pleasure to help sell my childhood home following the passing of my mother. It seemed like any concern or possible anticipated problem, Craig had the answer and means to get handled on our behalf.
It could have been a major disaster, but my mother suggested both a law firm and Craig to handle our real estate business. Our situation was somewhat complicated due to my living near Chicago and my only brother living near Houston. Since there are no timelines or roadmaps to follow precisely to a successful conclusion, both agencies provided the knowledge, experience and resources to help navigate the distance and pitfalls which could’ve really thrown us off track and prevented a disaster.
