See, our principal and founder, is a Certified General Appraiser in the states of West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland, and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of West Virginia and Maryland. Mr. See is a practicing Affiliate Member of The National Association of Realtors and a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser, accredited through the NEBB Institute.
Kevin Baker
Kevin Boker is a Certified Machine Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) and Senior Business Analyst {SBA) from the National Equipment and Business Builders (NEBB) Institute. Kevin’s experience in the acquisition, maintenance, and operations of numerous types of machinery and equipment have made him uniquely proficient in machinery and equipment researching and appraisal.

She has been part of the CS Valuation team since 2016 and has gained a great understanding of the real estate market. Sarah is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree and aspires to become o Certified General Appraiser.
